Did you use LED’s for this?
Nope! I used one of those rechargable flash lights, you shake it to recharge it, it’s kind of the shape and size of a mag light. I used it because it glows blue which I thought was appropriate. I might try a small blue LED next.
Well, you can use a glow of any color, just cheat afterwards and use the “colorize” dialog in GIMP 😀
Light drawing
I used to draw stuff on my Apple //c green-and-black screen when I was 9: the great remanence of the phosphor on it made drawings “stick” for a few minutes and gradually fade away 🙂

Amazing! Now what we need is to make sure the F-10 release name has a deep sea connection, and this would fit right in as a default wallpaper / screensaver.
